About the Awards

The Emory College Center for Creativity & Arts (CCA) and its advisory committee are providing this program to recognize the creative work being done in our community. Award nominations are open to the public. The presentation is free and open to the public - offering a time to celebrate our arts community. The CCA is pleased to offer this program as it spotlights discovery, societal impact, courageous inquiry, innovation, collaboration, human spirit, and the exploration of new frontiers – all of which are core to Emory's research and public service mission. More specifically, the CCA's mission calls for celebrating, nurturing, and inspiring the act of making and studying art and encourages interdisciplinary work, risk taking, and pursuit of artistic excellence.
