Arts Council

Council Purpose & Membership

The Emory College Center for Creativity & Arts (CCA) invites all Emory University faculty and staff to participate in the Arts Council list serve and monthly meetings. The Council's broad-based membership meets to discuss and evaluate ideas and share planning suggestions. It generally convenes on the first Monday of each month of the academic year from 4:00-5:30 p.m. in the Ginden Arts Commons, Schwartz Center for Performing Arts, Room 208. This diverse group of faculty and staff each brings their own perspectives and fresh opinions to discussions of the arts and creativity at Emory. Meetings are also a place for finding out about events and program and arts grants.

CCA Advisory Board

Advisors to the CCA are people who have made significant contributions in the areas of creativity and arts. Advisors include international, national, and local artists, scholars, arts leaders, and representatives from the business, film, motion picture, and media fields.
